Shipping policy
A shipping fee covers the costs of handling and delivery with tracking, and will be calculated on your order dependent on the delivery address. Shipping fees will be specified during checkout, before your order is confirmed by you and processed for payment.
Once a courier ticket has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking number to the email supplied to us during the checkout process.
At this time, we may allow collection/pick up from our nursery for large local orders over $500. If you would like to pick up, please email us to check availability.
Please note that we ship all plants with care, however, please do expect plants to sometimes have some minor blemishes due to the nature of shipping live plants. We ask you take into consideration that plants are fragile and alive when inspecting your order on arrival.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We ship orders every Monday, to avoid plants being held by courier companies over the weekend. If your order is a South Island rural delivery address, we will only ship Monday-Tuesday for these.
We always ship on overnight couriers. However, couriers do not allow overnight service for every destination (e.g. rural delivery addresses).
Orders placed after 10am Monday will be shipped out the following week. Please be in touch with us if you do not receive your tracking number within two business days of your order.
RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
