    • Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what pages or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with our website. None of this information can be traced back to any identifiable individual - it is anonymous web user data.

    • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill orders, to process payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
    • Source of collection: collected from you when you submit forms, contact us, or place an order online or by phone.
    • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, and may be shared with payment providers such as Paypal, courier and postal services. 
    • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number.

  • Customer support information
    • Purpose of collection: To communicate with you and respond to enquiries, questions, complaints, or feedback.
    • Source of collection: You, when you contact us through the website or our listed contact details
    • Disclosure for a business purpose: Process a return, exchange, or refund, settle a dispute, or answer questions.
    • Personal Information collected: may include name, phone, email, shipping address, order number, receipt, photo evidence of damaged goods.
    • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.
    • Source of collection: collected from you
    • Disclosure for a business purpose: We may disclose some information to business partners such as postal services for purposes of business or to conduct an investigation on how items were damaged or provide feedback to our partners.
