Dragon fruit, also known as Pitaya, is a tropical fruit that comes in different varieties and colours. One of the varieties is Dragon Fruit Yellow, which refers to the yellow-fleshed cultivars of its fruit. Yellow is by far the best tasting and sweeter fruit!

Self pollination occurs with Hylocereus megalanthus unlike the other colours that need hand pollination.
